Maesyfelin Isaf offers guest accommodation and a welcome get away holiday or break in beautiful Ceredigion, sitting in 6.5 acres beside Nant Cledlyn (stream), on the outskirts of the village of Drefach, with nearby towns of Llanybydder and Lampeter, in a beautiful but overlooked part of Ceredigion in West Wales.
Guests have access to our gardens and fields, plus wooden bridge over stream, perfect for that early morning stroll, riverside campfire in our fire pit, or sit by the stream and watch the wildlife.
The beauty of Maesyfelin Isaf is that you can do as much, or as little, as you like. If total relaxation and privacy is what you want, you’ll find it here. On the other hand if you want to be active, there is plenty on offer in the surrounding area whatever the weather.

The well appointed first floor apartment has a double bedroom with King Size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and fitted wardrobe, blackout roman blinds help with getting a good nights sleep.

Glamping Hay Loft
The Hay Loft is an ideal ‘Family/Romantic Adventure Glamping’ getaway that is a step up from camping without getting silly. This self catering accommodation offers secure, wind and rain proof glamping style adventure in this beautiful part of Wales.
Standard rates are £95/night for four, £85/night for three, £75/night for two. Discounted by 10% for 3 to 4 night stays and 15% for 5 nights.

Use of shared laundry facilities situated in ground floor annex (fee applies).
Pet Friendly
Well behaved pets are welcome for guest staying in the Hay Loft or Apartment only, with nominal fee of £5/night for each dog.
EV Charging Point
Fee payable at £0.50 per kWh with an initial refundable deposit of £30.
Peaceful Setting
Guests have access to our gardens and fields, plus wooden bridge over stream.
Please be aware that the neighbouring farm sometimes have sheep in their fields, with only the Cledlyn stream between, which is shallow in the summer months.
Checkin & Checkout
Book for arrival six days per week, Monday – Saturday.
We can’t guarantee that changes can be met, although we will do our best to assist.
House Rules
Please note that we do not permit smoking in the accommodations.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit is 20% of the total booking fee and remains non refundable. In the event of any cancellations made from the time of booking up to 6 weeks before arrival, the deposit paid will be
non-refundable. If the reason for your cancellation is covered under the terms of your insurance policy, you may be able to reclaim
these charges.
